# How to make it:
01 - Place two serving glasses on the work surface and fill each with ice to chill.
02 - Measure and pour 3.4 fl oz cold brew coffee into each glass.
03 - Carefully pour 3.4 fl oz chilled tonic water into each glass to preserve effervescence.
04 - Use a spoon to stir each drink once or twice with a gentle rolling motion to integrate without losing carbonation.
05 - Express orange zest over the surface to release oils, then drop the zest into the glass and add the optional orange wedge to the rim.
06 - Serve immediately while cold and sparkling.
