01 - 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
→ Cheese Filling
02 - 4 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into 8 cubes
03 - 1.5 oz sharp cheddar cheese, cut into 8 cubes
04 - 1 tbsp fresh chives or parsley, finely chopped (optional)
05 - ½ tsp dried Italian herbs
→ Topping
06 - 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
07 - ¼ tsp garlic powder
08 - 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
# How to make it:
01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Unroll the crescent roll dough and divide it into 8 triangles.
03 - Place one cube each of mozzarella and cheddar at the wide end of every triangle. Sprinkle with dried Italian herbs and chopped chives or parsley if desired.
04 - Roll each triangle starting from the wide end, tucking in the edges to enclose the cheese.
05 - Place the rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
06 - Combine melted butter and garlic powder, then brush this mixture on top of each roll.
07 - Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the rolls.
08 - Bake for 13 to 15 minutes until the rolls are golden brown and puffed.
09 - Allow the rolls to cool for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
