# How to make it:
01 - Set oven temperature to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, combine broccoli florets, olive oil, minced garlic, kosher salt, and black pepper. Toss until well coated.
03 - Place broccoli in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Roast for 18 to 20 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until tender and slightly browned on the edges.
05 - Remove broccoli from the oven. Drizzle immediately with fresh lemon juice, sprinkle lemon zest over, and gently toss to combine.
