# List of ingredients:
→ Pastry
01 - 2 sheets ready-rolled puff pastry (approximately 8.8 oz each), thawed if frozen
→ Filling
02 - 6 tablespoons Nutella or equivalent chocolate-hazelnut spread
→ Topping
03 - 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
04 - 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (for dusting)
# How to make it:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Unroll one sheet of puff pastry and place it onto the prepared baking tray.
03 - Evenly spread Nutella over the pastry sheet, leaving a 0.4-inch border around the edges.
04 - Place the second puff pastry sheet over the Nutella layer, aligning edges carefully.
05 - Center a small glass on the pastry without pressing. Using a sharp knife, cut 16 equal strips radiating from the glass edge to the pastry edge, resembling sun rays.
06 - Twist each strip gently two to three times. Optionally, pinch strip ends together to enhance the snowflake shape.
07 - Remove the glass and brush the entire pastry surface with beaten egg for a golden finish.
08 - Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, or until the pastry is puffed and a deep golden brown.
09 - Allow the snowflakes to cool slightly, then dust lightly with powdered sugar before serving warm or at room temperature.
