# How to make it:
01 - In a thoroughly cleaned glass jar, fully dissolve organic cane sugar into filtered water. Stir in water kefir grains or ginger bug and fresh lemon juice using a non-metallic spoon.
02 - Cover the jar with a breathable cloth or coffee filter, securing with a rubber band. Allow mixture to ferment at room temperature (68–77°F) for 24–48 hours until mildly effervescent and tangy.
03 - Remove the kefir grains or ginger bug by straining through a fine mesh strainer. Discard or retain cultures for future batches.
04 - Pour the fermented liquid into a pitcher. Add fresh orange juice, lime juice, and mint leaves. Mix gently to combine.
05 - Fill serving glasses with ice cubes. Pour mocktail over ice and garnish each glass with an orange slice and additional mint leaves as desired.
06 - Serve mocktail at once to ensure maximum effervescence and freshness.
