# How to make it:
01 - Set oven temperature to 375°F.
02 - Arrange bell peppers upright in a baking dish; trim bottoms if necessary to ensure they stand securely.
03 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned, breaking it into crumbles; drain excess fat if needed.
04 - Stir finely chopped onion and minced garlic into the skillet and cook until softened, about 2 to 3 minutes.
05 - Mix in tomato sauce, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, chili powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper; simmer for 4 to 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
