01 - 1 large cauliflower head, cut into florets
02 - 1 large cucumber, sliced into 0.4 inch rounds
03 - 2 medium carrots, peeled (one cut into sticks, one peeled into thin ribbons)
04 - 1 small red bell pepper, sliced into strips and pieces
05 - 1 small yellow bell pepper, sliced into strips and pieces
06 - 6 cherry tomatoes
07 - 1 black olive, sliced into thin rounds

08 - 7 oz Greek yogurt or sour cream
09 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
10 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
11 - 2 tablespoons fresh chives or dill, finely chopped
12 - 1 garlic clove, minced
13 - Salt and pepper, to taste
# How to make it:
01 - Slice the cucumber into 0.4 inch rounds. Cut one carrot into sticks and peel thin ribbons from the other carrot. Slice bell peppers into strips and pieces for decoration. Slice black olive into thin rounds for eyes and mouth.
02 - On a large platter, arrange three cauliflower florets vertically in increasing size to form the body. Use cucumber rounds at the base. Add carrot sticks for arms and carrot ribbons for scarf around the neck. Place black olive slices for eyes and mouth, small carrot piece for nose, and bell pepper strips for hat and buttons. Surround with cherry tomatoes and remaining vegetables.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chopped chives or dill, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
04 - Place the dip in a small bowl alongside or within the platter for dipping.
