03 - Transfer the melted chocolate mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly using a spatula.
04 - Sprinkle festive sprinkles or crushed peppermint candies evenly over the surface, pressing gently to adhere.
05 - Refrigerate the pan for at least 2 hours or until the fudge is completely firm.
06 - Lift the fudge out using the parchment overhang and slice into 16 squares. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
