# How to make it:

01 - Combine flour, salt, and sugar in a large bowl. Incorporate egg yolks, sour cream, melted butter, and vanilla, mixing until a soft dough forms.
02 - Knead the dough on a floured surface for five minutes until smooth. Cover and allow to rest for 20 minutes.
03 - Roll the dough out very thin, approximately 1/8 inch. Cut into 1 by 4-inch strips, make a one-inch slit in the center of each strip, and pull one end through to shape a twist.
04 - Heat two inches of vegetable oil in a deep pan to 350°F. Fry the ribbons in batches, about one minute per side, until golden and crisp. Drain on paper towels and dust generously with powdered sugar.
05 - Arrange cooled angel wings as the centerpiece on a large wooden board or platter. Arrange candies, fruits, and meringue kisses in clusters around the wings.
