06 - Kosher salt, to taste
07 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

08 - 4 flour tortillas, 10-inch diameter

# How to make it:

01 - In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine, cooked chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss thoroughly with tongs to evenly coat. Season with kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to taste. Add additional dressing if preferred.
02 - Heat the tortillas in a large skillet over medium heat for 15 to 30 seconds per side until pliable. Alternatively, microwave tortillas between paper towels for 15 to 30 seconds. Keep warm covered with a kitchen towel.
03 - Lay warm tortillas flat on a clean surface. Evenly distribute the salad mixture in the center of each tortilla.
04 - Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll tightly burrito-style. Use a toothpick to secure if necessary.
05 - Serve the wraps whole or sliced in half.
