02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 lemon, zested and juiced

# How to make it:
01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly oil it.
02 - Whisk together the olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, thyme, garlic, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl until emulsified.
03 - Pat the salmon fillets dry using paper towels and arrange them evenly on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down if applicable.
04 - Brush the lemon-thyme marinade liberally over each fillet to ensure even flavor coverage.
05 - Place a lemon slice and a sprig of thyme atop each fillet for enhanced presentation and aroma, if desired.
06 - Roast in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the center is just opaque.
07 - Transfer fillets to serving plates, garnishing with additional lemon and thyme if preferred. Serve immediately.
