01 - 12 slices white sandwich bread, crustless

02 - 4.2 oz canned tuna in water, drained
03 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
04 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
05 - 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
06 - 1 tablespoon finely chopped chives
07 - Salt and pepper, to taste

08 - 24 black olive slices
09 - 24 small capers
10 - 1 small carrot, peeled and finely diced
# How to make it:
01 - Using a star-shaped cookie cutter, cut out 24 star shapes from each slice of bread.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, chopped chives, salt, and pepper until evenly blended.
03 - Spread a generous spoonful of the tuna mixture onto half of the bread stars.
04 - Top the filled stars with the remaining bread stars to form sandwiches.
05 - Press two black olive slices onto one point of each sandwich to create eyes, placing a caper in the center of each olive slice.
06 - Optionally, use tiny diced carrot pieces to decorate the tips of the star points.
07 - Arrange the mini starfish sandwiches on a platter and serve chilled.
