01 - 1 1/2 cups (360 ml) cold brew coffee or strong chilled coffee
→ Tahini Blend
02 - 3 tablespoons tahini, well-stirred
03 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey, to taste
04 - 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
05 - Pinch of sea salt
→ Milk & Ice
06 - 1/2 cup (120 ml) plant-based milk, such as almond, oat, or soy
07 - 1 cup ice cubes
# How to make it:
01 - In a small bowl or pitcher, thoroughly whisk the tahini, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth and completely combined.
02 - Fill two tall glasses evenly with ice cubes.
03 - Divide the cold brew coffee equally between the prepared glasses.
