# How to make it:
- Combine sliced flank steak with 1 tablespoon cornstarch and 1 tablespoon soy sauce in a bowl. Mix thoroughly and set aside while preparing other components.
- In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, mirin, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Heat over medium until simmering. Stir in cornstarch slurry and cook, stirring continuously, until thickened, about 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat and keep warm.
- Boil noodles following package instructions until al dente. Drain thoroughly and set aside.
- Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat, add a small amount of oil. Stir-fry marinated beef in batches until browned and just cooked through, about 2 to 3 minutes per batch. Remove beef and set aside.
- In the same wok, add additional oil if necessary. Stir-fry red bell pepper, sugar snap peas, and julienned carrots for 2 to 3 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Return cooked beef to the wok along with vegetables. Pour in the prepared teriyaki sauce and add the cooked noodles. Toss everything over medium heat until ingredients are well coated and heated through.
- Divide the mixture evenly among serving bowls. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and additional sliced green onions before serving.
