# How to make it:
01 - Combine mayonnaise, minced chipotle peppers, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Adjust chipotle quantity to desired heat level and set aside.
02 - Cook bacon slices in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp. Drain on paper towels to remove excess fat.
03 - Warm flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave briefly until pliable.
04 - Spread approximately 2 tablespoons of chipotle mayo over each tortilla, then layer shredded lettuce, tomato slices, red onion, and avocado if using down the center.
05 - Top each assembled tortilla with 2 slices of crispy bacon, fold sides inward, roll tightly, and slice in half if preferred. Serve immediately.
